Safely Back Home

“I can’t say enough about how wonderful this program is for our family. We have been getting my son Xavier’s clothes done by the Safely Back Home program for over a year now. Xavier is non verbal and Autistic. He will not wear anything on his wrists and he does not comprehend anything close to what a “typical” 7 year old does. It is my worry as he gets older and more independent minded that he will wander off. The worst part is since he is non verbal he cannot tell someone he is lost, what his name is, or who his parents are. I haven’t had this worry too much until this year’s vacation. Xavier is starting to explore and become more curious. We went to the beach and of course the arcades. I turned my head for one second and I’m not exaggerating…only ONE second. When I turned around Xavier was not in my view at all. Inside I was panicking so bad but I told myself relax and look around for him. Luckily he was right around the one machine to my right. The reason I told myself to relax was because I knew his shirts were imprinted with the Safely Back Home program. This is honestly a great program. On top of it it is free for our family. We do not have a lot of money. Having a disabled child is very costly and I really appreciate this program and anyone who donates to it. It gives us parents a peace of mind when 90% of the time our minds are going like a ping pong game when it comes to taking our kids out of the house. I would recommend this program to anyone who has a loved one who is a flight risk. Thank you so much for all you do Paul and the supporters of this program! ”
