Our whole-person, family-centered, supportive cancer care extends beyond medicine — a lifeline that helps people access care, stay in care, and live fully through and beyond cancer. We provide high-touch human support—emotional, social, practical, and educational—amplified by MyGo2Support, our 24/7 direct-to-mobile program that delivers care directly into people’s hands while helping build resilience. We work within the broader healthcare ecosystem, contributing insights and expertise across policy, research, and care delivery systems at the local, regional and national level. To amplify our reach and impact, we embed community health workers and public health professionals in low-income, high-risk communities across NJ. The team focuses on:

– Building trusted partnerships.
– Working upstream in the care continuum to close gaps in care, while advancing prevention, education, and cancer screenings.
– Mobilizing Health Champions to amplify our reach and impact, training people to act as “first-responders” and a force multiplier for change.

This approach enables us to close gaps in care in communities that lack access to high-quality, supportive cancer care by addressing disparities before a diagnosis becomes a crisis.
